Let's Talk

Let's talk and let's talk tough, it was the motto of today's gathering here at ISM. This discussion was followed by a candle march  in condolence to people died in one of the worst terrorist attack at Mumbai. Without discussing the useless talk of reasons and solutions for our dearest Government. We discussed what a college student should do to bring out the change. What a youngest electorate of INDIA can do to make the change.

 

What's the difference we as a college student can bring about in the society. When we would be coming out of colleges people would be expecting a lot from us. We are expected to act reasonably and sensibly to bring out the change.

 

Today young people's number is much higher than our older counterpart . But the problem is most of the young people don't vote. Some who vote also go by the biased decision of there society they are living in. I think this is not for what we are made up off. Younger and educated people have greater tolerance for different religions, cast and creeds. Then why are you sitting mute? Why don't you exercise what you really feel about? Why don't you make people realise that Leaders who are asking vote on the basis of such parameters are of no help. Let people exercise there voting right in a reasonable way. Show them the way! Let's bring out a revolution.

 Why don't you think of a political career?  

Are you ready to bring your discussion in to some action??

Are you willing to work for the cause of society?

 

Or

You are too busy with your educational career.

You have to work for making your career global.

You have to work abroad!

 

Here I feel many of us do think like that. We are self conscious but not socially conscious. We would work day and night for our own career but we can't work for people around us who are in dire need of us.

We can at least brain wash our fellows in our locality to go for a change and think in broader way. I know people around us are biased in some or the other way on various basis.

 

 

Don't think of yourself only! Think of the friend you played with in your childhood. Think of the society you go back to get the love and care. People whose faces lighten up when you return there.

You are a human and among all other things you love to be cared. You love to live in a society where everyone is happy and ready to cooperate. Now its your turn to make your effort to lift up your society. You can't wait for the day when you would be a big man a big industrialist. I know we have a dream, we have a dream like this that one day I would be a big entrepreneur, one day people would be following me. Please don't concentrate on yourself only. Make your society part of your dream.

My Crush

Seeing the success of my friend in the blog world I am posting here my own crush story.

Why do I blog? For whom? I don't know! But somewhere there is feeling that one day she would read it!

Otherwise who has so much patience to read your story. It all goes in vain and unattended.

Crossing the age of 18 the hormonal change or social awarness compells even the geeks to look the other side of life beyond books and all those geeky business. 

Truely speaking I have nothing to share as my all love stories were a complete failure. No one even sprout from its bud.

I was responsible for meshing up everything and being a good boy! Yeah I tried to maintain my identity. It was good but it doesn't mean that I should have been so shy! If deep beneath my heart there was a feeling that I loved her then why did I supress it?

One big questions to all those successful people don't you get bored talking to same girlfreind for so long. Or you do change it?

It is good or not I don't know but as I feel humans by nature are not monogamers. You remember your crush changing each time you see a smarter gal. Seeing the situation from that angle I am lucky that each day I think of someone else. Each day is a new image talking with me in my dreams. 

It is not the story of my disappointment but the realisation of the fact that sometimes waiting for someone gives more pleasure than actually meeting her!

Ambitious Or Passsionate

No doubt I am very much ambitious but am I equally passionate? Do I know what is best for me to pursue in my future? Do I have anything in my mind what I want to do?
There is much ambitions but no concentration on any particular. There was brainstorming discussion that whether I am prepared for GRE or not? What do I feel for myself is the best to pursue? Should I prepare for CAT? Is all three things a good Job, GRE and CAT is possible to be obtained if one thinks like that? Or is preparing for GRE will help me in Job and CAT both?
For me it was never so seriously thought upon. So when discussion started I thought preparing for GRE will help in other two as well. I must accept I was wrong. All three goals can't be achieved at the same instant with the expected level of success.
Passion and ambition are two different things. We want to achieve everything that is our ambition. We want to be successful in every field that is ambition but putting our 100% in something we really enjoy or we are serious about is passion.
So it is more important to be passionate than being ambitious.

So have you decided what you are looking for ……………….?? Or still you are thinking that you will be able to do everything you wish….!!! How much prepared you are for that..??

Why should you laugh?

Yeah man you may not get a reason to laugh, but you have to search it. After all for what you are so tensed so busy?
We all are running for something, and , we are tensed, we are busy because our co-people are going ahead. You may not work if your competitor is not working. So you are at all tensed because you don't want someone go ahead of you, you don't want to let your ambitions die!
Okay, you are not such a person who cares for others success but yours. But ask yourself, when shall you say yourself successful? Is it after getting selected in a much awaited exam or getting a beautiful job or beautiful ......... But wait its not the complete answer. People may have different targets and they may be happy only when they achieve it.
Strange but true you shall not be happy even after achieving all those things you shall set a new target and go ahead and lifelong you shall be searching a reason to laugh because you shall be having a few moments to laugh.
I am not against work. Because having no work will again bore you. But enjoy your work, do something which let others join your party.
My idea there can't be a fixed goal in life. Whatever you achieve is a success. Life is not about reaching a fixed goal but enjoying the journey of your temporary and then a grand part y at the end of any short term success.
Everything in life seems a mad race. Winning gives a new race at higher level and loosing lots of tension. No way you are happy. You may not get a reason to laugh!
Think what you shall do when you achieve your goal........?? I think you shall be happy. But you can be happy even after loosing, you may get several other reasons to laugh.
So don't wait to laugh! Laugh without reason!

"Kutto Se Sawadhan"

I was attending a "Puja" in my college. The priest meanwhile uttered a humorous change in our attitude. In our old times there was written "Atithi Devo Bhav" (Guest r a form of god) at our doors which changed to "Swagtam" or "Welcome". However most silly thing to write at our gate is "Kutto se sawadhan". So it was his appeal that Please don't do it. It seems odd. I agree....... What is your view??
